This week didn’t go the best, so Mistress of Chaos is up to about 80,000 words. I’m not entirely sure what happened, but I assume it’s at least partially related to my attempts to cut back on caffeine. It’s still progressing, though!

Embers of War also moved along, and is at about 95,000 words, which is more than I’d expected. I’m still unsure when, or if, it’ll be published, but I’m letting it continue so long as it doesn’t distract from Mistress of Chaos. It’s definitely a slower story!

That being said, I do have another piece of art to share! I hired Johnathan M.R. to create concept art of the Djinn’s Gift for me, and while there are a few questionable elements, I really like how the art turned out! He even created a 3D model of it, which I’ll also link. I hope you like it!
