After the events of Down with the Queen, there’s one event in particular that is happening between it and the eventual next book of the series. One might think that this could have been put into the end of Down with the Queen, or into the beginning of the next book, but it’s my belief that it wouldn’t fit in either place. As such, I chose to write it up separately and put the story up on my website.
This is a short tale about Blooming Orchid recovering her body, Lilith learning a few secrets, and Circe coming to an understanding with herself. This isn’t anything immensely exciting, and is more of world-building, but I felt it was necessary to write.
