I’m most of the way through my final edit of Adept of Chaos, and should be sending it to the editor this week. Once they tell me when to expect it back, I can update the release date and the like to be accurate. I’m really looking forward to sharing it with you!
Aside from that, I’ve had a few things going on but nothing too critical. Some artwork, of course, but… the main thing I wanted to share was some character concept art of Ruethwyn from Through the Fire, including a version of her channeling Elina, a dryad spirit she’s contracted with. This artwork was illustrated by Denny Ibnu, and I’m quite happy with it!

Not that I’m impatient or anything. Good to hear you’re in the home stretch, I know the last few months have been a bit rough.
I like the designs for Rue, my only kibitz is that I imagined her hair to shade more orangish and fiery, but it’s a really minor kibitz.

Hehehe. With any luck, the edit on my end will be done tomorrow. It might be delayed until Tuesday, though.
With Rue, that hair color is completely accurate. When I talked to June Jenssen way back with the Queen of Ice cover, or to Denny more recently, the description I gave them was that her hair is unnaturally red for a person, like a bright red tulip. So… yeah.
