I’ve completed my review of Forged in Conflict, so this week I’ll be starting to write Tempered in Battle. I haven’t written so much as a word as of yet, but I have a good idea of how I want part of the plot to go, and I’m excited to get started!

And to explain to anyone who hasn’t seen prior blog posts about it, Forged in Conflict will be book 2 of my Embers of War trilogy (I hope it’s a trilogy). Once I’ve finished the rough draft of Tempered in Battle, I intend to do a final editing pass on book 1, send it to an editor, then book 2 and book 3, so that all three books come out within a couple of months of each other. The only place the drafts are currently available is on My Patreon.
