So, this past week I’ve been performing the final edit of Marin’s Codex on my end. I’m almost done, and assuming I don’t dawdle, I’ll finish the edit today and send it to the editor. There isn’t much to say on it at the moment, simply because I’m so close to done with it.

Other things are also coming to a close tomorrow. Those on my mailing list have tonight to finish signing up to possibly join the ARC team, I sent out the links to it last Monday, and the drawing for the Born a Queen Audiobook are tomorrow as well. A fair amount is going on, honestly.

Now, I’ve been debating what to do once Marin’s Codex is away. Usually I’ve done a short story between books, just to decompress, but I don’t think I’ll be doing that this time around. I’m going to work on plotting out the rest of the Lilith’s Shadow series, including Down with the Queen, so that I can get to work on it. I can’t guarantee that I can use the same cover artist at the moment, so I’m going to see whether or not I’m able to do so in the near future. If I have to change art styles, I will, which probably will lead to changing the cover of Born a Queen if I do.
