Alright, Echoes of Chaos is complete, formatted, and submitted to the distributors for its April 6th release date across the storefronts I have available. I’ll be giving earlier access via My Fourthwall Store, so that’s an option. I’ll be putting it up on March 30th there (at whatever time I click the switch, I couldn’t find a way to schedule it), and will be sending it out to Patrons the Master+ tiers on March 23rd via My Patreon.
On other subjects, there one particularly relevant item to discuss this week.
My review of Embers of War was going great, but as I was going through it, someone commented on a post last week about Crisis of Faith. Specifically, someone asked me about whether I’d ever get it narrated by Sarah, who’s done all the others after the new versions of Ancient Dreams. I didn’t think I could justify it, even if the audiobook had paid for itself. Yet Sarah spotted the conversation, and contacted me. We came to an agreement, which mostly involves her fitting it between other projects, so it’ll be a long-term project compared to most. But if I’m already getting it recorded again, I may as well do another editing pass like I did for the other books, right? So that’s what I’m doing this week. I expect to be done this week, and get to Embers of War again soon.
Aside from those, the only thing to share is… surprise art of Cora and Joy from Beesong Chronicles, illustrated by Crystal Rain! I hope you like it as much as me!
