I have the manuscript of Echoes of Chaos back from the editor! It took longer than expected because they wanted to do a second pass over it, but this is well within the time I’d set aside for it. This week I expect to go through it and prepare it to upload on all the sites where it’ll be published, as well as sending it to Podium. I only expect that to take a few days.

As for other subjects, I’m afraid I wasn’t able to make my muse work on Silent Songstress. It just wasn’t working, so I’ve pivoted to Embers of War, where I’m going through on an editing pass while generally reviewing the storyline, and also putting all the characters and relevant items into a World Anvil for my own sanity. Though saying ‘sanity’ may be a misnomer, it is me we’re talking about.

Aside from that, I have two pictures to share! I contacted Denny Ibnu about getting another art piece for Talyn’s Saga, and while it’s a few months out, he shared a pair of manga-style pictures he made of Eldri and Psalacantha. While they aren’t completely right, I really like how they turned out, so I paid for the rights to use them and decided I’d share. Here you go!
