Character Perspectives Question

So, this is a question that became particularly relevant when writing Born of Chaos, but has been lurking in the back of my head for a while. It’s about the perspectives of different characters.

In this case, there’s a spot in Born of Chaos where it gets incredibly confusing unless each perspective has the character’s name at the start of it. It isn’t as bad as Tammy, Tammy, and Tammy, of Talyn’s Saga, but it’s pretty bad. While readers could likely figure out who was who from context after a little while, I didn’t think that was fair. So I added the character name for the point of view when I changed perspectives.

So here’s my question. Would you like me to do that for the entire book to be consistent? Would you like me to do it for all my books? If yes on that, would you like me to do it only on new series, or in ongoing series (which would break consistency a bit)?

To be clear, I’d only do it when the perspective shifts, or at the start of a chapter. I’m collecting the answers on my Patreon, as the Poll function here was only giving me the option for three answers, and I got tired of fighting it. 1. I haven’t had problems with your writing style or pov change, only the dread from reading from the enemy’s pov and not knowing how the heroes will cope. I think Tammy is a fun character.
