I believe I said last week that the past month was cursed? I’m going to stand by that statement. It’s seemed like anything that could go wrong, did, so I’m not too surprised that things went sideways last week. I didn’t get three days of writing in, but I did manage to get two, so Mistress of Chaos is up to ~110,000 words, and I still hope to finish it this month, and get through editing next month. No promises, alas, but I’m hopeful. Embers of War is less important to me than it is, so that’s taking second fiddle for the time being, as will the next Talyn book.

Beyond that, there isn’t a whole lot to say. I’m trying to get my schedule into some semblance of order, but my muse doesn’t want to cooperate, as per normal. Hopefully I’ll be able to get things to calm down! Hope everyone else is having a smoother time!
