I’ve been working on Born of Chaos, and after editing, shifting the direction of the story, and additional writing, I have it to about 82,000 words. I have one or two chapters left in Part 2, and if I end up keeping most of Part 3, I’ll be over 110,000 words. I’m going to go through it and see if it fits, and if so, what needs to be reworked. I even have an idea of what I’d like to do for Part 4! I’d love to share, but spoilers aren’t a good idea. I will say it involves Fya, and leave it at that.
If I keep Part 3, I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m able to start editing in January, allowing me to release the book relatively soon. I’m not going to get my hopes up, though. I do still need to re-read the section and see how it fits in. Anyway, that’s it. Have a great week!
