Talyn: Blooming is at a little under 125,000 words. Not as much as I’d like, but that’s where it’s at, and I think I have two to three chapters left in the book. I’m not holding my breath, though, as the book has been difficult in some spots, and I never know when things will run long.
Regardless, it’s close to complete, and I’m going to share an art piece of Mori, a new character who appears in the book. I enjoy the art, which was illustrated by the talented Crystal Rain! I just wish I’d described a couple of things better!
Ancient Dreams 
The illustration is absolutely beautiful, like an Asian goddess! Also, if it’s alright to share, I find epilogues very satisfying. Sometimes, when a book ends right at the climax, it leaves me with a lingering sense of something missing.

And yeah, I tend to struggle finding the balance point between not ending immediately after the climax, and not overstaying with the book. It’s tricky.

That’s a fabulous piece of artwork. I’m looking forward to the release (and seeing how the ladies from the deepest dungeon depths respond to the upper world’s antics this time).
