The next Talyn’s Saga book is at about 25,000 words, and I’m doing pretty well with it, even if it’s already taken a turn I didn’t expect. I’m not arguing with it, as it doesn’t alter my plans for the book! I always find it interesting when characters surprise me.

I’m hoping this coming week will be equally productive, and I’m enjoying what I’m writing, which is excellent. I’m also considering editing and publishing one of the two books of a new series I’ve been sitting on (Embers of War and Forged in Conflict) to fill the gap left by canceling Bloom of Chaos. I originally intended to finish all three books before doing so, but it’s something I’m thinking about. It’s a fantasy series, just to be clear!
