I just finished the audio book. I really enjoy this series. I hope it next one comes out soon. I like how Talyn is in a stable relationship even if they do allow other people into that relationship. I do hope that Talyn ends up married to her partners.
It’s currently a debate in my mind whether it’ll be Talyn’s Saga or another Through the Fire book after I finish Seed of Chaos. That’s at least a month out, so I have some time to decide.
I did try to make it a stable, relatively healthy relationship. Not perfect, because nothing is perfect in my mind, but not a bad one. Whether they get married or not is another question… I do know it’s a committed relationship, though. My attitude may be influenced by my own relationship, where my wife and I only bothered getting married because we knew it’d make our parents happy, plus legal stuff. We were together for almost a decade before we bothered.
