Evelyn’s past has returned to haunt her.
Having put aside matters of a family larger than she ever conceived of, Evelyn must now confront the consequences of past choices, both hers and those of others. Though she returned for a specific purpose, civil war ravages Peldra, and Evelyn finds herself unable to turn a blind eye to the tragedies occurring. Especially when she learns details of what has occurred, it’s difficult for her to refrain from a rampage. How fortunate that one of those responsible for the chaos made themselves a target.
Beyond that, I don’t have much news. I’m just continuing to work on editing/reviewing Embers of War, I hope to finish tomorrow so I can moved on to Forged in Conflict. Once that’s done, I can start on Tempered in Battle. Oh, and I’ve ordered cover art for the first as well!
Not much else to be said, though. Enjoy the book! And if you’re willing, reviews, especially on new store fronts, would help a lot.
